On takeoff yesterday we were three pilots. The wind was
changing in strength and direction from ESE to SSW (ESE is the better option
for this takeoff). Gusts up to 8 m a second on takeoff from time to time. There
were spells of short periods when it was OK (for me) to take off. My head said
about 50 % yes and 50 % no. We had a driver who could take the car down. My gut
feeling said no, and I decided not to fly today. And was very happy with that
decision.
