Paragliding on Koh Chang?

We have checked out a paragliding site on Koh Chang in Trat. The takeoff was good, but there were no safe landings. So we decided not to fly. More info on https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=867570499971443&set=o.270477479630652&type=2&theater

It seems the pilot lands between the two dams. We checked that possible landing and thought it was hazardous.
