It looks like Liu Xiaobo cannot come to Oslo and receive the Nobel Peace Prize. Last time a thing like that happened was when Carl von Ossietzky got the prize in 1935.
Nazi Germany is history now. Hopefully China and the people of China will not suffer too long. Things will definitely change in China. The question is when and how.
