End of «Mare Nostrum» – beginning of inhuman practice in Europe?

It seems we see a repetition of what happened in Europe between World War 1 and World War 2. Fascism or something similar to fascism is growing in most countries. In Norway, too. 

We must not forget that Norway «boasts» of having the highest  per cent of traitors of all countries occupied by Germany during World War 2.

 

Will homo sapiens sapiens ever learn from history and behave decently?
