I guess that is why torture continues to be used despite it is illegal in the USA.
Time for the responsible leaders (and those who executed the torture) to be tried in international courts for this. Time is due for President Obama to reestablish the USA as a state respecting international and national law by sending former President Bush and former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfield to be tried in Haag.
